How it works
1. Send us the details. Fill in the form with what you have, how much of it, and its condition. A stock list or photographs — including of the labelling and marking — helps us price it accurately.
2. We come back with a figure. Within two working days. If we need more information first, we'll ask rather than guess.
3. We inspect and confirm. We check the goods match the description and that the documentation is in order, then confirm the offer in writing.
4. We pay and collect. Bank transfer within three working days of collection, and we arrange collection at a time that suits you.
